Building blocks… They are so big it only takes four!

I found a quick pattern for my newest baby quilt in a magazine. I made a few tweaks, not all of which worked 🙂

I was a little intimidated by all of the solid fabrics. But so far, I’m liking it.

I’m also trying a new quilting method:wavy straight lines. I normally fmq a super easy stippling design, but this quilt is so busy that I didn’t want to add too much movement to it.
